Scope of Services
VSquared Process Servers provides process serving and related services in Ontario, Canada. Our services are limited to the delivery and documentation of legal documents as directed by our clients. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or court filing services at this time.
No Guarantee of Successful Service
While we make every reasonable effort to effect service, we cannot guarantee that service will be completed in every case. Factors outside our control — including a recipient's absence, evasion, or an incorrect address — may prevent successful service. We will report all attempts accurately and promptly.
Affidavit of Service
Following successful service, an Affidavit of Service can be prepared upon request using the applicable Ontario court form, at no additional service charge. The affidavit documents the facts of service as observed by the process server. It is the client's responsibility to file the affidavit with the appropriate court or tribunal.
Pricing and Disbursements
Quoted rates are based on the service address provided at the time of the request. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. HST, parking fees and applicable disbursements are additional and will be identified separately. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, a correct service address, and all documents to be served. VSquared Process Servers is not responsible for delays or failed service resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Confidentiality
We treat all file information with discretion. Do not submit court documents or highly sensitive personal information through the general quote form on this website. We will provide secure instructions for transmitting documents when required.
Limitation of Liability
VSquared Process Servers' liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the provision or non-provision of services.
